Christian Grant Partners (formerly Callahan Consultants) is a boutique Christian nonprofit consulting firm. In 2020, I was inspired by Arthur Brooks’ From Strength to Strength, and left corporate America to bring my gifts, wisdom, and crystallized intelligence to serve others. With a passion for the health and well-being of the most vulnerable in our society, I dove into the grant world with an ever-deepening purpose to help non-profits find and secure financial resources to help them carry out their missions. Today, I focus on supporting Christian focused and Christian-led organization.

I bring 35+ years of hands-on experience in research, business case writing, project management, leadership, and communication. I’ve worked across sectors and understand how to get complex work done clearly and efficient
I am a member of the Grant Professionals Association (GPA). I’ve have been a PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2014 and completed an advanced training program through Learn Grant Writing, a CFRE-approved education provider.
